Rachel Arnold, PhD Candidate (Spanish Fork)
Rachel received a master’s degree in Psychology at BYU. She is currently in the PhD Clinical Psychology program at BYU.
Rachel works with individuals of all ages and is particularly interested in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Compassion-Focused Therapy models into her clinical work, with an aim to foster more adaptive ways of thinking, promote healthier behaviors, and increase experiences of compassion. Rachel believes that self-compassion can be an especially important aspect of healing for many people. She has worked with clients with various psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, autism, and more. Rachel has experience in both individual therapy and group therapy.
