Lauren Linford, MS, PhD Candidate
Professional Highlights: Lauren Linford is a doctoral student pursuing a PhD in the clinical psychology program at Brigham Young University. She earned a master’s degree in psychology in 2020 and has experience working as a therapist in diverse settings and with a variety of populations, including delivering therapy services in Spanish.
Specialties: Lauren works primarily with adults. Her therapy style is heavily rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and integrates some principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IT). She has a special interest in women’s health, particularly during pregnancy and the post-partum period.
