Professional Highlights: Nicky has received a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University and Bachelors of Science degree in psychology from Brigham Young University — Hawaii.
Specialities: Nicky works with individuals, couples, and families. She enjoys working issues regarding depression, anxiety (general anxiety, OCD, PTSD), trauma/abuse, loss, anger issues, problematic or compulsive sexual behavior (i.e. pornography), single adult issues, couple and marriage therapy, and family therapy. She has specialized training and experience working with issues related to multiculturalism/diversity (race, gender, sexual orientation). Nicky utilizes Bowen family systems therapy, Narrative Therapy, experiential therapies, as well as mindfulness and meditation in her practice. She works with children/youth 11-18, and with adults of all ages.
